One partner from the first brief

An interior project is more than a list of building works. It is a sequence of connected decisions about layout, materials, technology, furniture and timing. Our full-service approach brings them together: from design and technical documentation to an itemised budget, fit-out and the handover of a home ready to live in.

We start with your space and priorities

The process begins with a proposal for our design services and an initial meeting. We review the questionnaire, available plans, how you use the space, your priorities, budget and preferred timing. We need to understand not only how you want your interior to look, but how you want to live in it.

The design becomes a precise technical brief

Space planning explores the layout and furniture arrangement. An interior study follows, with visualisations, materials and fittings. Once the design is approved, we prepare the technical drawings, details, service layouts and specifications required for accurate pricing and construction.

You know the itemised budget before work begins

The fit-out budget is the final stage of the interior design process. It is not a guess. It is based on the approved design and completed technical documentation, which allow us to price the individual works, materials, products, bespoke furniture and deliveries. The scope and cost are agreed before construction starts.

We discuss funding openly from the outset

During design and construction, we work as the owner's partner. Open conversations about budget and funding are essential from the very first meeting so that proposed solutions reflect the owner's priorities. Renovations also require a contingency for conditions that can only be uncovered when existing structures are opened up.

Construction, fittings and furniture follow a coordinated sequence

After preparation come building works and services, surfaces and fixed fittings, bespoke furniture and final furnishing. We coordinate the trades, deliveries and sequence of work. Quality checks include compliance with the drawings and photographs of concealed services before they are covered.

Changes require approval and payment before execution

Every change is priced in writing and must be approved before it is carried out. Without approval and payment, the change does not proceed. This avoids retrospective decisions about work that has already been completed and keeps the agreed scope clear for both sides.

Handover means more than handing over keys

The final stage includes cleaning, inspections, finishing touches and home staging. At handover, you receive the final account, a handover record, an introduction to the installed technology and maintenance guidance. The goal is a home ready to use, not another list of tasks.

Already working with another architect?

We also deliver interiors designed by other architects. We respect the design, review its technical readiness, complete any missing documentation and prepare an itemised budget for the agreed scope. The original architect remains the author; we take responsibility for the agreed fit-out.
