Every project is different. The scope of services depends on the type of property, the project stage and your expectations. After the introductory conversation, we prepare a fee proposal tailored to the specific brief, with no hidden fees or unnecessary items.
Yes. The introductory meeting is free. It allows us to understand your project and expectations, determine whether we are the right partners and review the basic scope, fee proposal and next steps.
No. Most clients come to us with only a floor plan or are still looking for the right direction. We help define the needs, priorities and scope so that we can propose the best solution.
Yes, provided it is technically feasible. We first review the existing documentation and assess the project stage together with the scope of work required.
That is not a problem. Clients who know our work often contact us before buying a property so that we can assess it together. We can help evaluate an apartment or house, review its layout and alteration potential, and identify issues that may significantly affect the future home.
Ideally, as early as possible. The sooner we join the project, the more we can influence, from the layout and client changes to technical solutions and building services.
It depends on the size and scope. Smaller apartments usually take several weeks, while complex family homes or development projects take longer. We prepare a precise timeline after the introductory meeting.
Yes. In addition to designing and delivering our own projects, we also provide turnkey delivery for interiors designed by other studios. We manage the budget, coordinate trades, arrange bespoke furniture and technology, and handle final handover, so the client communicates with one team throughout.
Of course. You can commission the interior design only or choose the complete service including delivery. We always tailor the scope of collaboration to the specific project.
Our studio is based in Bratislava. We deliver projects throughout Slovakia and also work in the Czech and Austrian markets, particularly in Prague and Vienna. We serve clients elsewhere in Europe as well and, depending on the project, can collaborate practically anywhere.
